Afrobeat Singer, Bella Shmurda Faces Deportation Abroad Over Aggressive Behavior

The Adjabeng Circuit Court sitting in Accra, Ghana, has ordered the deportation of popular Nigerian Afrobeat Singer, Bella Shmurda, for attacking a doctor with a fork while in quarantine at the MPlaza Hotel in Accra.

The court banned the “Cash App” hit-maker and two others namely Ramsey Omeofe and Jubreel Abimbola from travelling to Ghana for three months. According to viral reports, the singer and two others who were quarantined at the MPlaza hotel in Accra, reportedly tested positive for the virus which meant they had to remain in quarantine.

The three of them became angry and attacked the doctor who attended to them with a f ork just because tested positive for COVID-19.

Akinbiyi Abiola Ahmed, a 24-year old singer, known professionally as Bella Shmurda, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He rose to prominence with the release of the song “Vision 2020”, and a follow up remix which featured Nigeria rapper Olamide.
