BREAKING: A young lady was killed by her lover in an hotel room in Ilorin

A yet to be identified lady was found dead in an hotel room in Kwara, her corpse had been taken to the mortuary and nobody has shown up to claimed it.

This has made the police command to called on the general public for anyone searching for any young lady to visit the homicide section of kwara state police command, CID to identify a corpse for possible release.

The lady was found dead at an hotel in Adewole area, Ilorin on the 28th of May, 2021.

 

In a statement signed by the kwara state police public relation officer Ajayi Okasanmi , the supervisor of the hotel,  Olalekan Anafi, reported that one Adegboye James of number 12, Okelowo Street, Ede, Osun state, lodged at the hotel.

The hotel supervisor said that the man by the name Adegboye James went out and came back with one lady and then later checked out of the hotel without the knowledge of any of the staff of the hotel.

 

Anafi said the management used a spare key to open the room occupied by the lodger when nothing was heard from the room, where they found the dead body of the lady.

 

Okasanmi said investigation into the case is already ongoing as directed by the Commissioner of Police, Kwara State, Mohammed Lawal Bagega to arrest the lodger whose name and phone number he filled in the hotel log book was found to be fake.

 

The picture of the deceased can be identified at the homicide section of kwara state police command.
