Boko Haram, ISWAP responsible for kidnappings in the South West, says Fayemi
The Chairman of the Nigerian Governors Forum, NGF, Kayode Fayemi, has said Boko Haram and ISWAP terrorists fleeing from the North, have relocated to the South West.
